For more than 13 years we have had a dedicated team of volunteers (members of our church) that come each and every Friday night of the year to work with those who are struggling with any form of addiction. They give of themselves because they have a love for those who are hurting and struggling in life. Our goal is to demonstrate God's love to you through this embracing ministry of love.
This is a structured program and a safe environment to share your struggles and to get help from the Word of God in a setting that is warm and welcoming. If you have children and you need to bring them that's ok too, we have a program for them, we have a team of men who prepare a program each Friday night just for the young people.
Last but not least, when you are finished with the program each Friday night, one of our ladies or men of the church have prepared a hot meal for you before you go home.
We look forward to seeing you soon and to getting to know you better!
Share the word with compassion and dedication.
Help your loved one in their struggle with 2 masters by guiding him toward the light of God and salvation. Every journey away from addiction begins with the first step, but it doesn’t have to be taken alone. Addiction programs are held every Friday to offer guidance.
Everyone is welcome.
When it comes to overcoming addiction, nurturing spiritual strength is far more vital than specific details of belief. All are welcome and all are loved, regardless of denominational beliefs, as we are all God’s children and we all deserve His guidance.
Addiction programs every Friday night at 7:00pm:
- Find guidance
- Build spiritual strength
- Overcome addiction
Church the way it should be.
Your faith is focused on traditional values, on the teachings that come direct from the Bible to the core of your soul, and our ministry aims to preserve and nurture that connection.
Are you or a loved one facing the demons of addiction? You’re not alone.
Regardless of denominational belief, join us at Morning Star Baptist Church at 175 Young Mountain Rd every Friday at 7:00pm for spiritual guidance.
